Friendly Competition

Inspired by March Madness, we had a little competition of our own. Sales people against sales people and store against store. When each store got down to the final two the big guns came to decide on the winner; Their customer, owner Ron Kody; with judges Marks Sands - GM of Richmond Ford West, Mike Serpico -  VP and GM of Richmond Ford Lincoln, and Dan Tayman - Controller of Richmond Ford.

Each sales person was given a list prior to the competition of assumptions, as well as subjects they needed to touch on when delivering a newly-purchased vehicle to a customer. They were judged on their presentation of the vehicle, how they interacted with the customer, and if they mentioned everything they needed to. Some of those things included; taking a picture of the customer with their new car to setting up MyKey to adjusting the seat and steering wheel with the new owner.

Representing Richmond Ford West in the Final Four competition:

Antione Lovick

Logan Taylor

Representing Richmond Ford Lincoln:

Jazz Singh

Chris Burnette

It was ultimately the experienced, old-school charm of Chris Burnette that led him to victory over his competitors, bringing the trophy home to Richmond Ford Lincoln. Congrats to all four of our sales people for being the best of their store! Keep up all the great works guys!
